Dear All, I got a very serious problem: one of my customers bought from you the Lania theme. She sent it to me and I started to work on that on my server. Now I transferred all the files on the customer's domain, but all the theme setting seemed to be lost!!
The domain is http://www.ebcgenova.it and as you can see there are no contents!!!

Please help me!

Thank you

Hello Alex,

I am so sorry about what happened to you. However, as you see, your site is still displaying our theme correctly. About your content, before you move to new domain, you should back up all your data and import to your new site.
Please try again and hope you succeed.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Hi Giang,
thank you for your reply. I have exported all the SQL from my server and imported into the server of my customer.
I changed all the URL with my domain, with the domain of my customer. I've already done this thing like hundred of times, so I cannot understand why I cannot see any of the contents of the website. All the settings of the theme are stored locally onto the database? Could you kindly tell me in which table?

Thank you

Hi Alex,

Transferring content and theme from your test site to your customer's site is fairly similar to creating a brandnew WordPress database. After you back up, in hosting where you customer buy domain, you have to create a new database which have a same name with your database in localhost. Then you will create a WordPress site with your customer's domain and upload theme and import your data backed up.
Our theme is used to displayed your content only. You can also contact to hosting for more guidance.

Best Regards,
