Hi,

Thank you for using our Titania :)

About this problem, could you please tell us which version of Plazart Framework you are using?
If it not the latest version, please update it to the latest version, 4.8.

Please check this link to download it:
https://github.com/templaza/plazart

After that, use CTRL+F5 to check your site again :)

Thanks and best regards!

Hi Mary

Its the Plazart installation. Had the same problem. Even if you update Titania at some stage still you need to install Plazart Framework seperately

I use at the moment Titania v1.8 and Plazart 5.2. Can't attach zip file as its to large.

Be very careful before installing Plazart, and don't install new version before backing up your Joomla Files locally. Ideally if your hosting company allow you that, then make your a Clone of your site with Seperate database where you can Test the installation and Website before installing on your Production Site. I had experience where new releases of Plazart might cause you different issues then expected. Keep Older version of Plazart instalaltion somewhere in your folders.
