Contact Form not Working

Hi! Contact form is not working, it doesn't give any error but no email is sent!

Hi,

Thank you for using our template.

Do you mean that you cannot receive email from contact form?

If yes, please go to Components > Contacts.
Then, open your contact form and select "No" for Custom Reply in tab Form.

If you have any question, please contact us.

Hello again,



Do you mean that you cannot receive email from contact form?

I think the form its not sending anything at all!

I'v checked the contacts component and the "No" was already set for Custom Reply on the tab form.

How does this form work? I mean what does it need to work?
I have the contact created and linked to a user, does it need anything else?

It's working, truned out to be a server issue, nothing to do twith the template.
I have other question though, after sending the email user has no information about it being sent, not sure if that's just how the template works or if there's some configuration to activate a "successfuly sent" message.

About this problem, it needs fixing in code as Aragon template has no layout which has a block for Message after sending email.
