Hello,

I can’t figure how to use another language than English, although usually it’s quite simple. So please show me the problem is not in the template pack by making a clean install with the bike template and then make for example the German language work (that language is already installed in your template), don’t care if the contents are still in English, I will understand, and don’t forget to supply me with the login so I can see how you managed.
All the fine multilanguage manuals available (http://www.slideshare.net/erictiggeler/creating-a-multilingual-site-in-joomla-joomla-3-beginners-guide-eric-tiggeler), http://www.templaza.com/blog/how-to-create-a-multilingual-site-in-joomla-3/68 and http://www.templatemonster.com/help/joomla-3-x-configuration-multilanguage-site.html) don’t seem to apply to this bike themplate pack. Of course I did assign the Dutch memu to the right template.

I opened a ticket for this issue, to no avail, so probably it’s quite difficult.
Regards,
Paul

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

We have made Home German for you as an example.
http://cla.youmla.info/de/
Now, you can make Home Dutch on your own.
We just followed all the instructions in the articles and video we sent you.
You just did not read them carefully and try.

Thanks and best regards!

Hi,

I am doing this work for quite some years now, I could say I am an experienced Joomla webdesigner, so maybe other people will make the same mistake as I did, so please let us know what I done wrong or forgot to do.
Hope you still remember. If not, thanks anyway!

Regards,
Paul

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.

About this problem, first, could you please tell us what you did before you got this problem again?
(after we we spent a day to fix your site and set up Home German for you as an example of Language Switcher)?
Besides, we just followed the instructions we sent you in these links:
http://www.templatemonster.com/help/joomla-3-x-configuration-multilanguage-site.html
http://www.templaza.com/blog/how-to-create-a-multilingual-site-in-joomla-3/68

And it did work, right?

We are sorry to say that there is no other encountering the same problem :(
Many users can set up multilingual site own their own with the tutorials we sent.

Thanks and best regards!

Hi,
I swithed to another template, I had multilanguage running in less than 5 minutes, didn't even have to use any tutorial.
Regards,
Paul
