Hi,

There is a big problem with the module "Our partners"
Inline style with a certain height is cut the module height, so part of the partner logo is not visible!
This happens even on your demo site template.

To make it clearer what I mean, look at the screenshot:

Yenqq, problem NOT only on my site! The same problem on your Young Fitness template demo site (screenshot in first post from there), or on just installed Young Fitness template.
Therefore problem in this template, not just mine.

So you CAN fix it without any ticket, just fix your template.

Thx.

P.S. The problem only is when you first load the site.
If you have already visited it, press Ctrl+F5 to load with cache removal.

I will repeat again:
The problem is not only on my site! The same problem exists in your demo site template. The same problem exists at the just installed template Young Fitness.
You can check this problem by going to your demo template website and press Ctrl+F5.
I repeat once again - the problem is only when you first load the site. If you reload - everything is fine. But not everyone of new visitors knows it.

So I do not understand why you need a ticket for my site, if the problem is in the template.

Hi,

I do understand what you mean :).

What I mean in the previous post is that our template is designed like that, with the height of module our partner is 650px.
We set it like that in our demo site for it to have a beautiful look.

If you want to change the height of the module, you need to fix css.
And it depends on each site and margin to change the height..
That's why I said if you want to change it, please send us your site, admin account and FTP account.
We will help you to fix.

Hope that you see what I mean.

Thanks and best regards!

Are you looked on my screenshot in first post?
This screenshot from YOU DEMO SITE of this template.
The hight of this module set NOT in CSS, it set in PHP, because I see INLINE style with height in DIV .tz-custom-paralax - http://s018.radikal.ru/i514/1511/08/54af3579fb12.png
I can't find php file with a formula which calculates the height of the module to fix it myself.
And I don't want to give access to my site for you to fixed the problem for one reason - I want to know how to singly fix this problem with the height, because in the future the number of partners in this module can be change!

Hi,

I did check your attached image :)

The problem is that if you want to increase the numbers of logos, you need to increase the height of the module, too.
Each logo has a fixed width to display.
It is not possible to display an increasing number of logos while decreasing the height.

That's why the logos at the bottom are cut off when you set the height is 555px.

Hope that you see what I mean.

Thanks and best regards!

I haven't changed anything!
Take a closer look - this screenshot from your site - http://joomla.templaza.net/fitness

I don't know where to change this height, so I'm asking you about it.

Can you check this?!

Hi,

Let me explain it again :)

For example, you remain the number of logos in the module while decrease the height.
Of course, the logos will be cut off as each logo has a fixed width to display.

If you increase the number of logo, you need to increase the height, too.
And vice versa, if you decrease the height, you need to decrease the number of logos.

It's not possible to decrease the height while the number of logos increase or remain unchanged.

I hope you can get my point :).

Thanks and best regards!

Yenqq, thank you for trying to help me, but i see that you don't understand me :(
I don't increase the number of logos, and I don't decrease the height!
Because I gave the example from YOUR demo site with this template, to which I haven't access to the admin panel, naturally ;)

Moreover, in MY site in this module there are decreased number of logos - only 3! But the problem is still there...

Hi,

Please see the attached image.

Please click a logo, you will see like the attached image.

As you can see, each logo take ups a fixed width in the module (the blue line)

So, when you set the height of the module like that, the bottom log will be cut off as the height of the module is smaller than the total width of the logos.

Our developer has checked and this is not a template's error.

I hope you understand me now :)

Thanks and best regards!
