Problem changing a Logo

Hi! I have a very slight problem, it's about changing a logo on pages in my website, I have done as it should be and everything seems to be fine in other pages like Portfolio but in actual pages whenever I want to change it is not accepting.
This is how I do: Shoot template
1) I go to extensions then templates - I choose tz_shoot joomla-default
2) Current style - I choose - tz-shoot joomla pages
3) I choose button Theme and try to change the logo
4) When I SAVE, it is taking me back to templates and no changes made
I am using joomla 3.6.3
The website was still on maintenance so I don't even have a back up of it yet
The site: shalomnetwork.org (Pages with trouble changing logos; about us, who we are, ministries, leadership...)

Hello,

Thanks so much for creating this ticket.

However:
1. You should not use the Joomla 3.6.2 now because there are problems with this version now.

2. Please log in our site then create ticket for it.
Send us your site, admin account and the problem.
It need checking first then find solution.

Thank you very much I opened a ticket and my problem is sorted
Just two question more; does it mean we can not upgrade to Joomla 3.6.3 and above?
What about other updates apart from Joomla Versions update, can we proceed with normal other updates?
I did install one of your template (Semona Agency), before even updrading Joomla I went to change a logo and I am getting a black screen in the front end. What could be the problem?

Hello,

1. Joomla version 3.6.3 includes bug then you should not upgrade it.
However, now you can update your site to the latest version 2.6.4 for security and bug fixes.
Please back up your site first.

2. For problem with Semona, please create a ticket then we will check and support you.
