Thank you for wonderful theme. A bit complex and takes learning a bit. I cannot figure out how to change that 'project title ' Can you help?

Good Afternoon Mai,

Thank you so much for such a fast replay!! Really appreciate that. Unfortunately I cannot send you link yet...as I am working for now locally mostly. I am using setting for gallery that is the same as demo of template Exception http://demo.templaza.com/exception/
I thought it is only for demo purpose title called "Project Title" but it still show on my gallery. see attachment. I cannot figure out where the title coming from. Here is my setting below too. 1. Image slider as type 2. see images atch below I used every where title yet my gallery show still 'project title' :( Can you help plz.

Thus, please have your site online, then create a ticket and send us your site, admin account and FTP address and account.
After that we will check then fix for you.

Good Morning Mai,

I will post you details soon. However I do think that posting answer here would be good for everyone or fix to replace file or files for everyone. As I am sure it would not be good for anyone to use 'Project Title' for gallery.

I understand you are more than helpful and taking time to fix issues for your members - this is beyond I would ever expect.

Saying that though I prefer myself to fix issues when are due with sites as it is me who is responsible to clients. Hence in case of upgrades and updates to sites or something go wrong I have all notes and know exactly what was out of the box and what wasn't.

In months I will forget what was done and keeping own notes it is great practice. If someone just fix for me ...then I need to turn back to these people to ask again to fix whatever problem or issue I have. I think it make sense to you.
IT MEANS i HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS DONE....AND in months to come I have to ask you again for help once updates or upgrades are necessary.

I am used to forum like Rocket Themes or JoomlArt etc. It is much easier to later search for answers that are common for theme and ask by other members. Fixing things for me would not give me control of site:(

I have to send you access but then I really have no control what was done. I hope you see my point Mai.

I really like your themes and I can see how much work you done but if every time I will need to find some solution need to give access it is not good :( as I won't have a clue what was done. That makes me think twice now if I would use your themes again. I gave a go and spend time to learn how they are done so I can later use it for next client ( pay of course for license for each domain ) but not sure if I will do that now. :(

Yes it is awesome that you offer this sort of support but I have to now think twice to use your themes :( even though I think you did amazing work!

Hello Ula,

I got what you mean here.

However, our developer should check your site first.
After that, he could help you.

If he fix it, we will show you how we fix and which file.
Then you can backup and check the change made.

Actually, to get support, you need to confirm your license and create private ticket.
In forum, we should support the simple questions.

Thank you so much for that! And thank you for understanding!
I hope you don't find me too difficult. No I would never ever dream ever to use any template without licence and without knowing if upgrades are necessary I will have access :) and purchase upgraded version. That is why I usually buy from groups I know well. :) as I know they usually update themes when joomla version is upgraded too.

Anyhow I send link first thing tomorrow morning via support ticket.

Mai thank you so much for your time!!!!!!!!! Seriously :) It is inexpensive nowadays to buy good template but I can only imagine how much times developers spend ! Thank you so much.
