I have used templates from all the main Joomla players, YooTheme, Gavick, Rocketthemes. They all have amazing customer support! Sadly I can't say the same for Templaza.

Do yourselves a favour and stop making templates for a while. Spend the time fixing all the bugs with the current templates and put some effort into support.

You obviously don't think support is important, but I can assure you it's the most important service you can offer. If you make customers feel supported and help them with prompt communication you will be amazed at how fast your company will grow.

I have never been so disappointed with customer support from a company. Your response time is absolutely terrible and there is never any guarantee that you will even reply to a ticket or forum post.

Listen to your customers and stop thinking that more templates will make people happy.

Hi,

Very sad to hear this topic! I really don't want to see it on this time. I have replied your email that because we are in Lunar New Year in Asia. So our office will be closed for National Holidays 27 Jan, 2014 - 07 Feb, 2014. During this time our supports will be limited. I hope you can understand for us. That is rule of my country. Everybody works hard over the year. Only this time they can back to family. Like you, I want technical team can back and work in these days but it's cruel for them.

I´ve being a customer with Templaza, and they have help me a lot.I am very pleased with the support
The templaza support has been amazing,they went into my FTP account and make the changes in the template.
The other joomla clubs dont do this, they have not time but Templaza is unique doing this.
I have not complains regarding the support,they are being very fast to reply and they had a lot ot patience.
