I have used templates from all the main Joomla players, YooTheme, Gavick, Rocketthemes. They all have amazing customer support! Sadly I can't say the same for Templaza.
Do yourselves a favour and stop making templates for a while. Spend the time fixing all the bugs with the current templates and put some effort into support.
You obviously don't think support is important, but I can assure you it's the most important service you can offer. If you make customers feel supported and help them with prompt communication you will be amazed at how fast your company will grow.
I have never been so disappointed with customer support from a company. Your response time is absolutely terrible and there is never any guarantee that you will even reply to a ticket or forum post.
Listen to your customers and stop thinking that more templates will make people happy.
