Hi, I have bought the template and all seems work except the revolution slider. It show an endless loading spinner instead of the slider photos. How can I solve it?

That's right. Firstly, you're supposed to add your license code and select your register domain. Then you can create a new ticket.

Here below is the instruction to add a new ticket. In case, your license is still valid, after you login our website, license code is automatically added. However, if you haven't purchased license yet, in license box, the text "you are a free member" appears.

OK, I have insert the license in Support > License validation and OK

But when I go in Support > License Activation the page say me "You are free membership! Please join us to get all benefit from us!"

And I still can't create a ticket
