After I've created a Ticket I recived an email containing a link where I can "View the status of your ticket at any time:".
This link only redirect me to a new page where it asks me to "Please input your license:". After doing this again, I got sent to a page describing the "LICENSE INFORMATION" and with a link "View Tickets". When I'm clicking on "View Tickets", I'm being sent back to the login page, where I can choose to get loged out...
You bought the template on Envato then you can go to Support/Envato Clients/Your Ticket to check yours. It may require the purchase code for the product.
