[Update] Jollyany 3.1.3 ready with latest updates and awesome feature

This release contains a new feature,latest Joomla CMS and updated 3rd Extensions (including SP Page Builder, Jollyany framework,) and improvements. Pre-built presets

​Since this version, we have already integrated Presets of all Jollyany's styles. You can easily to load presets of available styles and configure it. There are totally 13 pre-built presets.  Live Preview button is also ready for you to have a visual look before loading the preset. You can make use of this preset loading to optimize your workflow and save time.
