Hi I can't edit melout template in the template manager. For example in the meloul-default when I change the logo I can't save or close or do anything. Please help me

According to your describes, you are using Joomla Meloul template, not WordPress, right?

Have you updated Joomla to the latest version?

Have you update your site to the latest version of Joomla?

If so, pls update your site to the latest version of the Plazart Framework to be compatible with it.
Then clear all cache and use CRTL+F5 to check your site again.

If there are still problem, please create a ticket, send us your site and admin account and the problem here.

Hello,

Sorry but I can not see the version of Plazart Framework clearly.
Here are the link of the latest version of it.
https://github.com/templaza/plazart

Please click on the Download Zip button at the right end.
After that upload it via Extension Manager then clear cache and use CTRL+F5 to check your site again.

If it's not okay, pls create ticket then we will check and help you.

It worked. I updated the framework from the link you gave me and cleared the cache.

Hi, it's me again.
I have a problem with the template. After we resolved the "edition meloul template" problem the website completly changed. I tried many times to reinstall the template and do what we decided to fix the problem but the bug is the same.
I created a sub domain where I installed the meloul version without uprgrading 'templaza'.

Here's the links :

http://old.pozlflow-underground.com/ (templaza edition doesn't work)

http://test.pozlflow-underground.com/ (templaza edition works, after updating it)

Help please.

Could you please create a ticket for this problem to send us your site and admin account and the problem here.
Please tell us how you did with 2 site. We checked and see that the old one old.pozlflow-underground.com/ works
the test site http://test.pozlflow-underground.com/ doesnt work
