Forums https://www.templaza.com/forums/categories/magazine-joomla-template.html Thu, 30 Mar 2023 16:12:25 +0700 Joomla! - Open Source Content Management en-gb UI article slider on home page does not show articles that are behind a paywall https://www.templaza.com/forums/ui-article-slider-on-home-page-does-not-show-articles-that-are-behind-a-paywall.html https://www.templaza.com/forums/ui-article-slider-on-home-page-does-not-show-articles-that-are-behind-a-paywall.html
I would like the UI article slider on my homepage to show the articles that are for subscription users. The articles have a "registered" permission but the "intro" text is visible.
Now these articles don't show.

Now on my blog page it all works and the article is visible with the text : Register to read...

How can I make them visible ?
Thank you so much for your help.

J!4 compatibility - several errors https://www.templaza.com/forums/j-4-compatibility-several-errors.html https://www.templaza.com/forums/j-4-compatibility-several-errors.html /libraries/astroid-framework/framework/template.php line 60, replace JFactory::getXML with simplexml_load_file
/libraries/astroid-framework/framework/helper.php line 905, replace JFactory::getXML with simplexml_load_file
that fixed our first error, the next error was:
Cannot access protected property Joomla\CMS\Menu\MenuItem::$params in /libraries/astroid/framework/template.php:78
again, the use of a J!4 deprecated stuff... this one we couldn't fix so I hope you can give a hint or provide a patch for better J4 compatibility.]]>
