How can I get a template if my membership expires before the latest template released?

Each customer is entitled to receive one template monthly within a subscription.

The exact date of the template release is not specified, therefore in the situation where a subscription expires before the template release, you have to contact our Customer Support and inform about your subscription expiry date.
